Public Investment Fund Tower

Public Investment Fund Tower

The Public Investment Fund Tower (PIF Tower) is a 385-meter (1,263 ft) skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is the tallest building in Riyadh and the second tallest in Saudi Arabia, after the Jeddah Tower. The PIF Tower is a state-of-the-art building that represents the best of Saudi Arabia's modern architecture. It is a landmark building that will be a source of pride for Riyadh for many years to come.

The PIF Tower is the centerpiece of the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), a new financial district in Riyadh. The tower is located on a triangular site, and its prismatic shape reflects the shape of the site. The tower is clad in glass and steel, and its facade features a diamond-shaped pattern.

STOM's management of the HVAC system of the PIF Tower has been successful in ensuring that the tower is always comfortable and energy-efficient. The system has been running smoothly since it was commissioned, and there have been no major problems. STOM's use of remote monitoring and control has also allowed them to identify and resolve potential problems before they cause any disruption to the tower's occupants.

STOM is committed to providing a high-quality service to the PIF Tower, and they are confident that they will continue to manage the HVAC system effectively in the years to come.
